Particular Individuals Don’t Matter

It doesn’t matter who the particular individuals in a corpocracy are. No matter how smart and well meaning they are, the awesome power of the pyramidal structure of woe to suppress their individuality and transform them into zombie clones tasked to guard the status-quo will prevail. How many of you have seen and experienced the ascension of smart, and formerly-effective, people  into the ranks of the elite, only to be instantaneously transformed into ineffective druids?

It could viewed as they joined another tribe. In order to survive in that tribe they have to adopt the tribe think otherwise “they will be voted off the island”. at each layer the tribe thinks differently because they are being judged and reward for slightly different things.
I worked for a company that gave bonuses to certain levels of managers that met certain goals at certain points of time. This resulted in what appeared to be really bad decisions or directions at those times but when viewed with the bonuses in mind they made sense. Still bad decisions/directions but it wasn’t random or with out thought just high level tribe think.
